“True belonging is the spiritual practice of believing in and belonging to yourself so deeply that you can share your most authentic self with the world and find sacredness in being a part of something and standing alone in the wilderness. True belonging doesn’t require you to change who you are, it requires you to be who you are”.

Some retreats and personal growth type activities (including counselling) use a term called "inner work" - this can be quite mystifying but in essence it often happens when we surrender and stop trying to think our way through our situation or problems but being able to tolerate discomforts that may be associated with challenging old beliefs or allowing space for new ideas or perceptions. Because there are lots of distractions in daily life - it can be rewarding to make the space to go inside of ourselves and see what is there.. I would love to be of service in this way if you feel called. x KerriAnn

Catching our Patterns is a compassionate self-inquiry process. We assert that change does not need to be effortful, you don’t have to change anything about yourself other than accepting everything that shows up and forming a different kind of relationship to the many aspects of what we know of as ‘self”. One central invitation into this journey is the capacity and willingness to listen with curiosity and deep loving kindness to what is calling for our attention. I look forward to being in co-inquiry ad co-discovery with you. care & kindest Jan

Healthy human connection is vital for our emotional, social and physical wellbeing and can be an important resource to be able to co-regulate, calm, learn and grow. But it can also be demanding - and there may be a need for filtering out unnecessary and unwanted pressures - and taking ownership of our own life needs and wants. I look forward to supporting you on this journey. Love and kindness Leigh

The practice of Yoga (Yin, Restorative, Hatha) works by giving our much-needed nervous systems some attention. When we can stay with it using releasing techniques like slow and supported poses, breath-work, and even silence and stillness, we help relieve the layers of tension stored up in the body and mind.
We take time to travel inwards releasing deeply rooted patterns that sometimes can be blocking or limiting our highest potential. Together, gently, and deliberately we work to be able to digest the present moment as it is and restore balance so we can better access the parasympathetic response needed for resting and digesting. The use of props such as blocks, bolsters, blankets and eye pillows in Restorative Yoga provide for thoughtful inquiry and gives us direct physical feedback whilst fostering the confidence to grow our own practice.
Join us in transforming body, mind and spirit by accessing these deeper levels of relaxation. Embrace the pauses and transform the stresses of daily life.
